This is the “Large Carree Heart Beat” watch from Frederique Constant (Reference #FC-310MS5C26). This handsome design features a 46×38.5mm steel case with a sapphire crystal and a leather strap. The dial is silver with black roman numerals and a “Heart Beat” window into the movement. The crystal is sapphire and the watch has an exhibition case back which also displays the Swiss automatic movement.
