This is the “Trainmaster 60 Seconds” watch from Ball Watch Company (Reference #NM1038D-LJ-WH). This elegant watch features a 38.3mm stainless steel case with a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal. The dial is white with black Arabic numerals and tritium dot markers. The inner bezel is numbered to 60 for each second.
