This is the “Trainmaster 60 Seconds Lady” watch from Ball Watch Company (Reference #NL1038D-S1-WH). This lovely watch features a 28.8mm stainless steel case with a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal. The dial is white with black Arabic numerals and tritium dot markers. The inner bezel is numbered to 60 for each second.
