This is the “Engineer II Arabic 40mm” watch from Ball Watch Company (Reference #NM1020C-S4-BK). This handsome timepiece features a 40mm stainless steel case with a screw-down crown and a solid link steel bracelet. The dial is white with tritium gas Arabic numerals, tritium stick markers and sea-green numerals counting to 60 seconds around the edge of the face. The seconds hand is also a matching sea-green color.
